    Season chicken and liver separately with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat with oil and grill until golden brown. Set aside.​
  • Step2

    10 Min
    Coarsely chop chicken and liver. Add garlic, onion, red chili, green finger chili, MAGGI® Savor Classic, calamansi juice and pepper. Mix well.​

    Preheat a sizzling plate. Add sisig, garnish with toasted garlic and spring onion and serve immediately.​
