Choose from the list of ingredients
Simmer chicken in water. Set aside the chicken and reserve the broth. Shred chicken.
Combine oil and annatto seeds and heat for 5 minutes. Strain. Sauté garlic and onion in annatto oil.
Pour broth and simmer. Season with 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, fish sauce and pepper. Add sotanghon and cook for 5 minutes.
Add carrots, cabbage and chicken. Cook for another minute. Transfer into a serving bowl. Top with toasted garlic and spring onion and serve.
