Chicken Sotanghon Soup

Step1 of 4
Simmer chicken in water. Set aside the chicken and reserve the broth. Shred chicken.
Step2 of 4
Combine oil and annatto seeds and heat for 5 minutes. Strain. Sauté garlic and onion in annatto oil.
Step3 of 4
Pour broth and simmer. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, fish sauce and pepper. Add sotanghon and cook for 5 minutes.
Step4 of 4
Add carrots, cabbage and chicken. Cook for another minute. Transfer into a serving bowl. Top with toasted garlic and spring onion and serve.
