Choose from the list of ingredients
Season chicken with 1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, lemongrass (optional) and finger chili in oil. Add chicken and cooked for 2 minutes.
Pour water, boil, skim the scum and simmer for 15 minutes
Add papaya and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in chili tops. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
