Add shredded crab stick. Slowly pour cornstarch and water mixture while stirring to thicken the soup.
Beat egg and slowly pour to soup while gently stirring to create strands of egg. Stir in spring onion and sesame oil. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
