    Simmer crabs in a little water to pan steam for 5 minutes. Drain and quickly rinse. Separate the shell and the claws from the body. Remove and discard the gills and apron. Cut the body into 4 serving pieces. Crack the claws.

    Sauté garlic, ginger and chili paste in butter. Add catsup, sugar and water. Season with sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.

    Add the crabs and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in beaten egg and add scallions. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
