Nestle Recipe
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 kg beef shank, blanched
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • ½ head cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 2 sprigs spring onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 pc onion, quartered
  • 1 pc yellow corn, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn
  • 1 pc potato, cut into pieces, par boiled
Step 1
Simmer beef in water until slightly tender. Skim off fat as needed.
Step 2
Add onion, garlic, peppercorn and bay leaf. Simmer until beef is very tender.
Step 3
Add corn and simmer for 10 minutes. Add potato, cabbage and spring onion. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a serving bowl, top with toasted garlic and serve.
