    120 Min
    Simmer beef in water until slightly tender. Skim off fat as needed.
  • Step2

    60 Min
    Add onion, garlic, peppercorn and bay leaf. Simmer until beef is very tender.​
  • Step3

    20 Min
    Add corn, potato and simmer for 10mins. Add cabbage and spring onion. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer into a serving bowl, top with toasted garlic and serve.​
