I was about to comment about the bihon, it did not mention to soak it first, and why theres not even soy sauce which can give taste and color to this food?

Dont you think this recipe lacks so many fundamental steps? I've wondered the entire time what it means to "drain bihon" only to find out in a DIFFERENT RECIPE online that the bihon needs to be soaked in water before it is cooked. I also wondered why there was no soy sauce in the recipe. And following the recipe, by the time when you add the shredded chicken and vegetables there's no water left to cook it. Oh and the suggested amount of water is not enough for 200g of noodles. We had to add about 2 more cups to properly cook all of it. Please review the recipe before someone gets salmonella from the partially cooked chicken.
