1 kg sliced country-style spare ribs
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 cup soy souce
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic paste
1 tbsp sesame oil
Season pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Combine soy souce, pepper, hoisin, chili garlic paste and sesame oil. Use half to marinate pork overnight in the refrigerator. Reserve half for grilling.
Remove pork from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Grill pork for 5 minutes per side over medium heat.
Brush with the reserved glaze and set aside. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve.
