  • ¼ cup spiced vinegar
  • ½ kg sliced pork belly
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 4 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Step 1
Marinate pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, garlic and pepper overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Remove pork from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Fry pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside drain excess oil.
Step 3
Transfer on serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
