If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, mushroom, star anise and peppercorn in oil. Pour wine and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Add pork and barely cover with water. Simmer for 15mins
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Transfer on a serving plate. Pour sauce on top and serve with mushroom and pechay.
