1 kg sliced pork pata (front), blanched
6 cups water
1 pc medium onion, quartered
2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
2 pcs gabi, peeled and quartered
1 pc finger chili
½ cup 50g biased radish
½ cup 50g biased okra
½ cup 50g 2-inch pieces sitaw
1 sachet 22g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup 50g picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong
Pour MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampaloc Mix, fish sauce and brown sugar. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
Add radish, okra and sitaw with 2-minute intervals.
Remove gabi, mash and stir in the broth to thicken the soup.
Combine pork and water in a pot. Simmer for 1 hour. Add onion, tomato, gabi and finger chili and continue to simmer until tender.
