¾ kg large squid, clean, remove skin and sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc large onion, cut into strips
2 pcs red chili, sliced
1 tbsp chili paste
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
Add blanched squid and season with MAGGI®, MAGIC SARAP® and sugar. Add spring onion and sesame oil. Transfer on a preheated sizzling plate and serve immediately.
Sauté garlic, onion, chili and chili paste in oil.
Blanch squid in boiling water and soak quickly in cold water. Drain well and set aside.
