  • 2 cups leftover (bone-in) lechong manok
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup carrot, chopped
  • 2 sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¾ cup elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
Step 1
Shred chicken and reserve chicken bones.
Step 2
Simmer chicken bones in water for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
Step 3
Sauté garlic and onion in a pot. Pour reserved broth and simmer. Add macaroni and carrot and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Temper NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and pour back to the soup. Stir in shredded chicken and cabbage. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
