1 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp water
1 pc red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 pc green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 kg squid, cleaned and sliced
¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
2 pcs red chili, sliced
1 head garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup water
1 pc small onion, cut into strips
Boil salted water and add squid. Cook for 30 seconds. Strain and soak in cold water. Drain well and set aside.
Sauté garlic, ginger, chili, onion and bell peppers in oil. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Add blanched squid and cook for another minute. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
