Nestle Recipe
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
  • tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp water
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 pc green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 kg squid, cleaned and sliced
  • ¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 2 pcs red chili, sliced
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 pc small onion, cut into strips
Step 1
Boil salted water and add squid. Cook for 30 seconds. Strain and soak in cold water. Drain well and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté garlic, ginger, chili, onion and bell peppers in oil. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Step 3
Add blanched squid and cook for another minute. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
