  • 1 pc large red onion, chopped
  • 1 pc calamansi, sliced open
  • ¾ kg tokwa, sliced ½-inch thick
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp MAGGI® Savor Classic
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 pc red chili, sliced (optional)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
Step 1
Fry tokwa in oil until light golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, chili (optional), and tokwa. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI® Savor Classic. Transfer into a bowl.
Step 3
Add onion, mayonnaise, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Serve on a hot sizzling plate. Top with toasted garlic, spring onion, and calamansi.
