If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Combine pork, soy souce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorn, sugar and water in a pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add tausi, peanuts, tajure and MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Continue to simmer until pork is tender. Skim off fat.
Transfer on a serving plate and pour sauce on top. Optional to serve with quail eggs.
