Savorventure Crispy Mussels

Step1 of 6
Boil water in a large pan with tight lid. Add mussels, cover and pan steam for 1 – 2minutes. Strain and set aside to cool. Reserve 1 cup mussel cooking liquid.

Remove mussels from shells. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI Savor.
Step4 of 6
Mix lemon zest, parsley with breadcrumbs. Dredge mussels lightly with flour, dip in egg and coat well with breadcrumb mixture. Set aside.
Step5 of 6
Fry mussels in batches in preheated oil until golden brow. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Step6 of 6
To make the sauce, sauté garlic in olive oil until light golden brown. Add lemon juice and mussel liquid. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Step7 of 6
Turn off heat and stir in Nestlé All Purpose Cream. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Serve with Crunch Breaded Mussels.
