Sauté potato and carrot in 2 tbsp of oil until golden brown. Set aside.
Combine ground pork, onion, 2 tbsp of cheese, and ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix well and form into meatballs. Sauté in remaining 2 tbsp of oil. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, chili, and liver spread in the same pan. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add meatballs, potato, carrot, bay leaf, and bell peppers. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in 1 tbsp of cheese and season with remaining 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Transfer on a serving plate, swirl Nestlé All Purpose Cream on top and serve.
