If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Simmer munggo in water until very tender. Strain and mash. Set aside to cool.
Mix mashed munggo with ground pork, onion, carrot, egg and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix well and form into patties. Set aside.
Fry patties in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
To make the sauce, sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Place back cooked patties and simmer for 2mins.
Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve.
