Oystar Steamed Fish with Oyster sauce

Coat fish with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, soy sauce and calamansi juice.
Step2 of 3
Scatter ginger, onion and garlic in a plate. Place marinated fish on top and steam for about 20 - 25 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reserve liquid accumulated on the plate.
Step3 of 3
Combine MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, water, sugar and liquid in a small pan and bring to simmer. Pour on top of the fish, garnish with scallions and serve.
