Combine MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, catsup, pepper, sugar and siling labuyo. Mix well and divide into 2 portions. Use one portion for marinating and the other portion for basting.

Marinate pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and 1 portion of the MAGGI® Oyster Sauce mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Remove marinated pork from the refrigerator 1hr before cooking. Preheat a clean grill. Coat pork with oil and grill for 3 – 4 minutes per side. Brush with the reserved portion of MAGGI® Oyster Sauce mixture.

Transfer on a plate to rest for 10 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve.
