If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Boil water in a pot. Add noodles and boil for 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well and set aside.
Season beef with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Preheat oil in a wok and sauté beef for 1 minute. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper and carrot in the same wok for 2 minutes. Add water, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, sugar, sesame oil and remaining ½ sachet of of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Add cooked noodles.
Stir in sautéed beef and spring onion and cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
