!!!DON'T ADD BROWN SUGAR!!
I repeat dont add brown sugar, i followed this recipe now the potato taste like kamote.. it does not compliment the flavor of the dish.. instead i suggest add Pork knorr cubes or a tablespoon of salt. ill never use sugar again in my afritada. Ughk..
