    Sauté pork liver in 1 tbsp of oil for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    45 Min
    Pour remaining oil in the same pan and sauté garlic and onion. Add pork and cook for 2 minutes. Pour vinegar. Add soy sauce, finger chili, bay leaf and water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

    Add green peas, bell pepper and sautéed liver. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
