    Sauté pork liver in 1 tbsp of oil for 2mins. Remove and set aside.​
  • Step2

    45 Min
    Pour remaining oil in the same pan and sauté garlic and onion. Add pork and cook for 2mins. Pour vinegar. Add soy sauce, finger chili, bay leaf and water. Cover and simmer for 45mins.​
  • Step3

    3 Min
    Add green peas, bell pepper and sautéed liver. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer for another 2mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.​
