    Marinate pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pineapple juice, sugar, pepper and catsup overnight in the refrigerator.

    Transfer on a pan. Pour water, cover and simmer until tender. Remove cover and continue to simmer until almost dry.

    Pour oil and sauté pork until golden brown and caramelized. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with garlic fried rice and egg.
