    Combine potato, Nestle All Purpose Cream, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Set aside.

    Mix flour with garlic powder and paprika. Coat each potato with the flour mixture.

    Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate.

    Mix Nestle All Purpose Cream with mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and spring onion. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with potatoes. Note: Best served with Fried chicken or battered fish.
