    Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Heat oil in a sauce pan just big enough for the size of the pork. Add pork and sauté until golden brown.

    60 Min
    Add garlic, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, sugar and pepper. Pour just enough water to cover pork. Simmer for 45 minutes. Remove pork and set aside to cool.

    Simmer cooking liquid until slightly thick.

    Cut pork into ¼-inch thick slices and transfer on a serving plate. Pour sauce, top with spring onion and serve.
