1  tbsp
cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water

  • Step1

    15 Min
    Season snapper with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, coat with flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil and transfer on a plate.

    10 Min
    Remove oil leaving 2tbsp. Sauté onion, scallion, bell peppers and garlic. Add vinegar, sugar, catsup and water. Season with remaining sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
  • Step3

    5 Min
    Pour on top of fried snapper and serve immediately.
