Braised Beef Brisket

Step1 of 4
Season beef with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat with flour and sear in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 4
Sauté onion, carrot and celery in the same pan. Add garlic and tomato paste. Pour wine and simmer.
Step3 of 4
Place seared beef and pour water. Add bay leaf and thyme and simmer until tender. Skim off the fat as needed. Add water as needed.
Step4 of 4
Remove the beef and set aside. Strain the sauce. Season with remaining sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Slice beef and transfer on a serving plate. Pour sauce and top with parsley.
