Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour, dip in egg and press in breadcrumb and sesame seed mixture.

Pan fry breaded chicken in preheated oil for 2mins per side. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil.

Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, chili and sugar. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken sauce.

Slice chicken into serving pieces, drizzle sauce on top, add spring onion and serve immediately.
