  • 2 pcs red onion, chopped
  • 1 pc red chili, sliced (optional)
  • 1 pc large bangus, butterflied and boneless
  • 1 pc calamansi, sliced open
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 3 tbsp MAGGI® Savor Classic
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 1
Season bangus with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Coat with 2 tbsp of oil and grill until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Flake and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté garlic and chili (optional) in 1 tbsp of oil. Add bangus flaked and MAGGI® Savor. Transfer into a bowl.
Step 3
Add onion and mayonnaise. Serve on a hot sizzling plate. Top with toasted garlic, spring onion and calamansi.
