Nestle Recipe
  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup picked basil leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 2 tbsp toasted and chopped cashew
  • ½ pc lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ kg boneless and skinless chicken thigh
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pc 250ml NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
  • ½ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
  • ¼ kg spaghetti
Step 1
Cook garlic and olive oil in a small pot until soft. Transfer in a blender. Add basil, cashew, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and cheese. Purée until smooth. Transfer in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Season chicken with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and 1/8 tsp of pepper. Sauté chicken in oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan, coat with 2 tbsp of the pesto and set aside.
Step 3
Pour remaining pesto in the same pan. Pour Nestlé Fresh Milk and Nestlé All Purpose Cream. Simmer and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.
Step 4
Boil pasta according to package direction.
Step 5
Strain spaghetti, toss in the sauce and Transfer on a serving plate. Cut chicken into serving pieces, place on top of pasta and serve.
