  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1 kg tuna belly, cleaned
  • ¼ cup soy souce
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 1
Marinate tuna with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, soy souce, calamansi juice and garlic for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat a clean grill. Coat tuna with oil and grill for 5 – 8 minutes per side. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
