Pinakbet with Lechon Kawali

Step1 of 4
Season pork belly with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 4
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and bagoong in the same pan.
Step3 of 4
Pour water and simmer. Add kalabasa, okra, eggplant and sitaw in 2-minute intervals. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step4 of 4
Stir in fried pork. Transfer on a serving plate and serve immediately. Note: Pork belly may be replaced with pork chop as a leaner alternative.
