Nestle Recipe
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • ½ kg shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • ½ kg fresh ground pork
  • 1 pc red chili, sliced
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 30 pcs small lumpia wrappers
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
Step 1
Combine pork, onion, carrot and cheese. Season with 1/2 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Mix well and assemble in lumpia wrappers.
Step 2
Combine garlic, chili and water. Simmer and season with remaining 1/2 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sugar. Simmer and stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Step 3
Fry lumpia in oil for 2-3 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with dipping sauce.
