  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pc potato, cubed
  • 1 pc small carrot, cubed
  • ½ kg freshly ground pork
  • 1 pc onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp grated cheese
  • 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 1 pc small red chili, sliced
  • 1 small can liver spread
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 1 pc small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 pc green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
Step 4
Stir in 1 tbsp of cheese and season with remaining 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Transfer on a serving plate, swirl NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream on top and serve.
Step 1
Sauté potato and carrot in 2 tbsp of oil until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 3
Sauté garlic, onion, chili, and liver spread in the same pan. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add meatballs, potato, carrot, bay leaf, and bell peppers. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Combine ground pork, onion, 2 tbsp of cheese, and ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix well and form into meatballs. Sauté in remaining 2 tbsp of oil. Set aside.
