    15 Min
    Pierce eggplant with a fork and roast over open flame until charred. Set aside in a bowl and cover. Once cooled, peel off charred skin and coarsely chop.
  • Step2

    15 Min
    Combine roasted eggplant, ground pork, onion, garlic and egg. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix well and form into balls.​

    20 Min
    Pan fry meatballs in oil until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Pierce eggplant with a fork and roast over open flame until charred. Set aside in a bowl and cover. Once cooled, peel off charred skin and coarsely chop.
