½ kg dulong, rinsed and drained well
½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
4 pcs fresh eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
Season dulong with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix in beaten egg.
Preheat oil in a large pan. Carefully drop 2 spoonful of mixture. Fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil, transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
