Fried Chicken 2-ways (Oyster Sauce)

Step1 of 3
Season chicken with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat well with flour. Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
Step2 of 3
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, ginger and sugar. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Simmer until thick.
Step3 of 3
Toss in fried chicken pieces. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve immediately.
