    Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Coat well with flour. Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.

    8 Min
    Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Sauté garlic, ginger and sugar. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Simmer until thick.​
  • Step3

    Toss in fried chicken pieces. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve immediately.​
