Season beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Set aside
Sauté garlic in butter until light golden brown. Move on the side and add beef. Sauté over high heat for 1 minute.
Stir in MAGGI® Soy and sugar. Transfer on a serving plate and top with spring onion.
