Marinate chicken with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, soy souce, sugar, garlic and lemongrass overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove chicken from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Truss with butcher’s twine and transfer into a roasting pan.

Roast in a 350°F preheated oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to rest. Cut into serving pieces and baste with the drippings. Serve immediately.
