If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sear pork in 1 tbsp of oil in a pot. Pour pineapple juice, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and reserved pineapple liquid. Add sugar and pepper. Pour water to barely cover the pork. Simmer for 1 ½ hrs or until tender. Skim off the fat.
Remove pork and set aside to cool. Cut pork into thick slices.
Preheat remaining oil in another pan and sauté pork and pineapple. Pour the sauce and simmer for another 20 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate, pour the sauce on top and serve.
