Combine pork, pineapple juice, soy sauce pineapple liquid and sugar in a small pot. Pour enough water to barely cover the pork. Simmer for 1 ½ hours.

Remove pork and set aside to cool. Slice ½-inch thick.

Sauté pork and pineapple in oil until golden. Pour cooking liquid and simmer for another 20 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a platter and pour the sauce on top. Serve.
