Marinate pork in soy sauce, calamansi juice and MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Stir-in pork with marinade. Cover and bring to a boil.

Pour in water and add potatoes and carrots. Continue cooking until fork tender or for about ½ hour.

Add in tomato sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
