Sauté bean sprouts, carrot and cabbage in oil. Season with MAGGI Supreme Sarap. Transfer and spread on a tray to cool. (10mins)

To assemble, place ½ cup of the vegetable mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly into a log. Seal with flour and water mixture. Repeat to assemble 12 pieces of lumpia. (10min)
