Supreme Ginisang Pechay at Tofu

Step1 of 3
Fry tofu in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool.
Step2 of 3
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger. Pour water and MAGGI Supreme Sarap.
Step3 of 3
Cut tofu into bite-size pieces. Add tokwa and pechay to simmering sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
