    10 Min
    Fry tofu in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool.
  • Step2

    5 Min
    Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
  • Step3

    10 Min
    Cut tofu into bite-size pieces. Add tokwa and pechay to simmering sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
