Season tilapia with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.

Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry tilapia for 4 – 5 minutes per side. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.

Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot and bell pepper. Pour vinegar, water, sugar and catsup and simmer. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.

Stir in cornstarch and water mixture. Transfer fried tilapia on a serving plate. Pour sauce on top, add scallions and serve immediately.
