Choose from the list of ingredients
Pierce eggplant with a fork and roast over open flame until charred. Set aside in a bowl and cover. Once cooled, peel off charred skin and coarsely chop.
Combine eggplant, ground pork, onion, garlic and spring onion. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix well and form into meatballs.
Pan fry meatballs in oil until golden brown. Serve immediately.
