Season chicken with ½ sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Set aside.

Sauté garlic in oil until light golden brown. Strain toasted garlic and set aside for topping.

Pan fry chicken in the same pan with garlic-oil for 2mins per side. Transfer into a plate to set aside for 10mins.
